Plants are essential for the maintenance of a healthy and ecologically balanced environment. The project green revolution was about creating awareness for a healthy environment, and for earning sadaqa-e-jarria. The group members decided to visit different areas of the city. The areas visited were Shershah Basti- Korangi, Azam Basti, Mashal orphanage, Reflections School, Sher Pao School. The group distributed plants and seeds and explained the benefits of a healthy and ecologically balanced environment. House wives were also encouraged to grow their own kitchen gardens.
