Overview
Ta’meer is a certificate programme specially designed for students with basic Islamic education who want to take their knowledge to the next level.
Program Modules
Ta’meer comprises of 3 main modules. Students can choose one or more of these when joining the program.
Thematic Tafseer: (Haqeeqatus Sabr) Explore the theme of patience & learn coping mechanisms based on selected portions of the Qur’an and Sunnah. This in-depth study aims to deepen faith and make one aware of the responsibility that comes with it.
Tajweed: Recitation of the Qur’an using the Uthmani Script with correct pronunciation, with a deeper understanding of the rules on Imam `Asim as transmitted by Imam Hafs.
Hifz (memorization) of a portion of Juz 30 of the Qur’an will be part of this module
Arabic Grammar: To gain a deeper understanding and appreciate the linguistic majesty of the Qur’an, grammar will be taught from the basic to advanced level including Nahw (nouns) and Sarf Tasreef (verbs).
